The Hotel Without His Name

Chapter 17 - The Hotel Without His Name
Claire reopened The Marlowe after a complete renovation.
She removed Evan’s name from the lobby plaque.

The new inscription read:

Rosa attended the opening.

Madison stood at the back.
Her temporary contract had ended months earlier.
She now worked for an organization helping victims of financial coercion.
Claire invited her forward.
Madison hesitated.
Then she joined the group photograph.
