Part belonged to the Morgan estate.
Claire was entitled to millions.
So was Samuel.
Claire refused to keep most of it.
She created the Morgan Residents Restitution Fund.
Money went back to families harmed by Charles’s schemes.
Samuel agreed.
Rebecca did too.
Lily asked:
“Are we still rich?”
Claire laughed.
“We’re okay.”
“Can I still get pizza?”
“Yes.”
“Then we’re rich.”
Samuel laughed.
Claire realized Lily was right in the way children sometimes were.
They had a home.
Food.
Safety.
